pint glasses

Pub drinking cups

Pint glasses are drinking vessels designed to hold a pint of liquid, most commonly used for serving beer in pubs and bars.

The two main styles are the American shaker pint, which holds 16 fluid ounces and has straight tapered sides, and the British nonic pint, which holds 20 imperial fluid ounces and features a bulge near the rim to prevent chipping and improve grip.

We ordered a round and the bartender lined up four pint glasses.
