passim
Everywhere in text
Passim is a scholarly term meaning "throughout" or "here and there," used in citations to indicate that something appears in many places throughout a work rather than on specific pages: See Johnson, passim.
It saves the writer from listing every page where a topic occurs.
The word is Latin and appears almost exclusively in academic footnotes and bibliographies.
