overenunciation
Too-precise speech delivery
Overenunciation is excessively clear or precise pronunciation, often to the point of sounding unnatural or affected.
A speaker might overenunciate when addressing someone they assume won't understand, when performing, or when angry: Her overenunciation of every syllable made clear she thought I was stupid.
The practice can come across as condescending or theatrical.
