outro music
End credits accompaniment
Outro music is the music that plays as something ends—typically over closing credits, at the end of a podcast episode, or as a video fades out.
It signals conclusion and transition, the auditory counterpart to opening theme music: The outro music started as the host wrapped up the show.
Often shortened to simply outro.
