obstructed view
Something's in way
An obstructed view is a line of sight partially blocked by something—a pillar, a column, another person's head.
The term appears most often in venue seating: The tickets were cheaper because of the obstructed view.
Theater and stadium seats may be marked as obstructed view when structural elements interfere with seeing the stage or field.
