noticer
One who perceives
A noticer is someone who notices things—who pays attention to details others might miss.
The word is informal and relatively uncommon, often carrying a positive connotation of perceptiveness or mindfulness: She's always been a noticer, picking up on small changes in people's moods.
Good writers are noticers.
