nasal strips
Breathing aid adhesives
Nasal strips are adhesive bandage-like devices worn across the bridge of the nose to widen the nostrils and improve airflow.
They're used to reduce snoring and help with congestion, or by athletes seeking easier breathing during exertion.
The strip pulls outward when applied, physically opening the nasal passages: I wear nasal strips when I have a cold.
