nae nae
One-arm-up move
Nae nae is a hip-hop dance move popularized by the 2013 song "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" by Silentó.
The move involves swinging one arm in a circular motion while swaying the hips.
The song's viral success made whip and nae nae ubiquitous at parties, sporting events, and school dances through the mid-2010s: The whole crowd started doing the nae nae.
