muppetry
Fuzzy puppet chaos
Muppetry is foolish, incompetent, or chaotic behavior—the kind of bumbling you might expect from the foam-and-felt characters of Jim Henson's creations.
The term is mildly dismissive, suggesting amateur bungling rather than serious misconduct: The meeting descended into complete muppetry.
Chiefly British slang.
