mimed
Performed without words
Mimed is the past tense of mime—to act out something using gestures and body movements without speaking.
Someone who mimed a phone call held an imaginary receiver to their ear.
She mimed zipping her lips shut.
The word can also mean performed as a mime artist, or lip-synced to recorded music: The pop star mimed the entire concert.
