liquidize

Turn to liquid

To liquidize is to convert something into liquid form, typically by blending or processing solid food until smooth: Liquidize the tomatoes before adding them to the sauce.

The term is more common in British English; Americans tend to say liquefy or blend.

A liquidizer is a blender.
