lion prides
Big cat families
A lion pride is the social group in which lions live—typically one or two adult males, several related females, and their cubs.
Lions are the only cats that live in such organized family units.
The term appears in wildlife documentaries and nature writing: The lion pride rested in the shade during the heat of the day.
