jagoff
Annoying rude person
Jagoff is a coarse term for a contemptible or stupid person, roughly equivalent to jerk or asshole.
The word originated in Pittsburgh and remains strongly associated with that region: Some jagoff cut me off on the parkway.
Despite appearances, it derives from "jag off" (to waste time or act foolishly), not from "jack off," though the two have influenced each other.
