iterable

Can be looped

In programming, an iterable is any object that can be looped through—a list, string, dictionary, or other collection whose elements can be accessed one at a time.

The term describes the capability: Arrays are iterable in JavaScript.

To iterate is to step through each element in sequence: We iterated over the dataset to find duplicates.
