interactional
Involving mutual exchange
Interactional describes things involving or relating to interaction between people.
The term appears most often in academic contexts—sociology, linguistics, education—where researchers analyze how people communicate and behave with one another: interactional patterns in the classroom, interactional dynamics between doctor and patient.
Outside scholarly writing, interactive or social usually serves better.
