infinity rooms
Endless reflection spaces
Infinity rooms are immersive art installations that use mirrors, lights, and repeated elements to create the illusion of endless space extending in all directions.
The viewer stands inside what appears to be a boundless environment—often filled with points of light or polka dots that seem to stretch forever.
Most associated with Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, whose Infinity Mirror Rooms became internationally famous and heavily photographed for social media: We waited three hours to get into the infinity room.
