inalienability
Cannot be transferred
Inalienability is the quality of being impossible to take away, surrender, or transfer.
The term appears most often in discussions of fundamental rights: the inalienability of human dignity, Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are rights whose inalienability Jefferson declared self-evident.
What is inalienable belongs to you by nature, not by grant—and therefore cannot be revoked.
