heel pain
Sore walking base
Heel pain is discomfort in or around the heel, most commonly caused by plantar fasciitis—inflammation where connective tissue attaches to the heel bone.
Other causes include Achilles tendinitis, stress fractures, and bone spurs.
I've been dealing with heel pain since I started running.
The condition often worsens with the first steps of the day.
