hardcore fans
Most passionate supporters
Hardcore fans are the most devoted, intensely committed followers of a team, band, franchise, or hobby.
They know obscure details, attend every event possible, and defend their passion against critics.
The term implies a level of dedication that casual fans don't match: The hardcore fans camped out overnight for tickets.
Sometimes used dismissively to suggest obsessiveness.
