Stick-shaped kitchen puréer
A hand blender is a kitchen tool with a motorized blade at the end of a stick, held in the hand and immersed directly into pots, bowls, or containers to blend or puree contents.
Unlike countertop blenders, it comes to the food rather than requiring food to be transferred: She used the hand blender to puree the soup right in the pot.
Also called an immersion blender or stick blender.
