grownupness

Being fully developed

The quality or state of being a grownup—maturity, adulthood, or the responsibilities that come with them.

The word has a slightly playful or ironic edge, often used by those who feel they're performing adulthood rather than fully inhabiting it: I'm not ready for this level of grownupness.

Compare the more neutral *adulthood* or *maturity*.
