grown-upness
No longer childish
The quality or state of being a grown-up—maturity, adult responsibility, or the full assumption of adulthood.
The word often carries a note of irony or self-awareness, as if true adulthood remains slightly out of reach: I'm still not sure I've achieved grown-upness.
Sometimes used to describe moments when adult obligations feel particularly heavy or unfamiliar.
