gravidity
State of expecting
Gravidity is the medical term for the state of being pregnant, or the total number of times a woman has been pregnant regardless of outcome.
A woman's gravidity includes all pregnancies—live births, miscarriages, stillbirths, and abortions.
Doctors record this as part of obstetric history: gravidity 3, parity 2 means three pregnancies, two deliveries.
