grandaunt
Grandparent's female sibling
A grandaunt is the sister of one's grandparent—your parent's aunt.
The term is interchangeable with great-aunt, though great-aunt is more common in everyday speech: My grandaunt left me her jewelry collection.
The relationship is two generations removed from your own.
