gorillagram
Primate costume surprise
A gorillagram is a novelty greeting service where someone in a gorilla costume delivers a message, song, or performance—typically for birthdays, office farewells, or pranks.
The concept follows the model of singing telegrams but with costumed absurdity: We hired a gorillagram to surprise her at work.
The term sometimes extends to similar costumed messenger services.
