goat yoga
Caprine fitness trend
Goat yoga is a yoga practice conducted with small goats roaming freely among participants, often climbing on people during poses.
The goats are the attraction—the yoga itself is typically basic.
What began as a novelty at farms has become a popular wellness activity marketed as stress relief through animal interaction: We did goat yoga at a vineyard for her bachelorette party.
