ghost-riding

Dancing outside vehicle

Ghost-riding is exiting a moving vehicle to dance alongside or on top of it while it rolls forward driverless.

The practice emerged from Bay Area hip-hop culture in the mid-2000s: They were ghost-riding the whip down the block.

Dangerous and often illegal, it became a brief cultural phenomenon before fading.
