feeder bus
Route to station
A feeder bus is a local transit route that connects passengers to a main transportation hub or higher-capacity line—subway station, express bus, commuter rail.
The feeder collects riders from surrounding neighborhoods and delivers them to the trunk route: I take the feeder bus to the train station every morning.
