face time

In-person meeting time

Face time is time spent in someone's physical presence, especially with an important person: I finally got some face time with the CEO.

In workplace contexts, it often implies visibility for career purposes—being seen at the office rather than working remotely.

The term predates but now coexists with FaceTime, Apple's video-calling application.
