epoxy resins

Industrial bonding agents

Epoxy resins are synthetic polymers that harden when mixed with a catalyst, forming extremely strong, durable bonds.

They're used as adhesives, coatings, and composite materials in construction, electronics, and manufacturing.

The two-part mixing process—resin plus hardener—gives working time before the material sets: Mix the epoxy resin thoroughly before applying.

Often shortened to simply epoxy.
