e-copy
Electronic file version
An e-copy is an electronic or digital version of a document, book, or other publication, as opposed to a physical printed copy.
The term appears most often in publishing and legal contexts, where parties may request or provide an e-copy for convenience or record-keeping.
I'll send you an e-copy of the contract.
The publisher offered both print and e-copy editions.
