dysfunctionality
State of impairment
The quality or state of not functioning properly or normally.
Dysfunctionality describes systems, relationships, or organizations that fail to work as they should: The dysfunctionality of Congress has become a running joke.
The word is less common than dysfunction, which covers the same ground more economically, but dysfunctionality emphasizes the ongoing nature or degree of the problem.
