double nelson
Both arms trapped
A double nelson is a wrestling hold where you stand behind your opponent, slide both arms under their armpits, and clasp your hands behind their neck, forcing their head down and restricting movement.
It's a controlling position that can lead to a pin.
The single-arm version is a half nelson.
He got me in a double nelson and I couldn't break free.
