Lane-blocking car placement
Double-park is to park a vehicle alongside one already parked at a curb, blocking it in.
The practice is illegal and inconsiderate but common in crowded urban areas where parking is scarce: I'll just double-park for a minute while you run in.
Double-parked cars force traffic to squeeze past and trap other drivers until the offender returns.
