Double-bagger has two informal meanings.
In baseball slang, it's a two-base hit—a double.
The cruder sense describes someone considered so ugly that sex with them requires two bags over the head: one for them, one for yourself in case theirs falls off.
She called her ex a double-bagger.
The insult is juvenile and offensive.
