Doobies is the plural of doobie, slang for a marijuana cigarette.
The term emerged in the 1960s and remains in use, though it sounds somewhat dated compared to newer slang like joint or blunt: We smoked a couple doobies on the back porch.
The Doobie Brothers took their name from the word.
