Divided into areas

Zoned describes areas divided into zones for specific purposes—residential, commercial, industrial: The land is zoned for single-family homes.

In casual speech, zoned or zoned out means mentally unfocused or spaced out, often from fatigue or boredom: I completely zoned during the meeting.
