domiciling
Settling someone somewhere
Domiciling is establishing a legal residence or permanent home.
The term appears in legal and financial contexts—a company domiciling in Delaware for tax advantages, or a person domiciling in a new state to establish residency: After domiciling in Florida, she registered to vote there.
The word carries more formality than simply "living somewhere."
