disposer
One who discards
A disposer is a person or device that disposes of something.
The most common use refers to a garbage disposer—the electric grinding unit in a kitchen sink that shreds food waste: The disposer jammed on a chicken bone.
More broadly, a disposer is anyone who has the power to arrange or settle matters: the disposer of funds, the disposer of fates.
