dirt bag
Morally bankrupt person
A dirt bag is literally a bag for collecting dirt, as in a vacuum cleaner.
But the dominant use is slang for a contemptible person—someone sleazy, dishonest, or morally repugnant: Her ex-boyfriend turned out to be a total dirtbag.
The spelling varies: one word, two words, or hyphenated.
