dill relish
Herbaceous cucumber spread
Dill relish is a condiment made from chopped pickled cucumbers seasoned with dill, typically used on hot dogs, hamburgers, and in potato or egg salads.
Unlike sweet relish, it has a tangy, herbal flavor: I prefer dill relish on my hot dogs.
The chunks are usually finer than diced pickles but coarser than a puree.
