Chopped pickle spread
Sweet relish is a condiment made from finely chopped pickled cucumbers with added sugar, giving it a sweeter taste than standard dill relish.
It's the default topping for hot dogs in much of America and a common ingredient in tartar sauce and certain salad dressings: I like sweet relish on my burgers.
