Digipaks are a style of CD or DVD packaging using a cardboard outer sleeve with a plastic tray inside to hold the disc.
They became popular as an alternative to standard jewel cases, offering more surface area for artwork and a sturdier feel.
Digipaks often signal a deluxe or special edition: The anniversary reissue comes in a digipak with bonus tracks.
