No longer aligned
Desynched means out of synchronization—when things that should be coordinated have fallen out of alignment.
The term comes from gaming and technology, where audio and video can become desynched, or a player's game state diverges from the server's.
It extends to any mismatch: Our schedules got desynched after the holidays.
