destructibility

Prone to shattering

Destructibility is the quality of being able to be destroyed.

The word appears most often in technical contexts—materials science, game design, engineering—where it matters whether something can be broken down: The destructibility of the environment adds realism to the game.

The opposite is indestructibility.
