deservedness
State of earning
Deservedness is the quality of being deserved or merited.
The word appears in discussions of justice, reward, and punishment—whether outcomes match what someone has earned: The deservedness of her promotion was never in question.
It's formal and somewhat awkward; merit or desert often work better.
