daffodil bulb
Yellow flower's seed
A daffodil bulb is the underground storage organ of a daffodil plant, an onion-shaped structure planted in fall to produce yellow or white flowers in spring.
Bulbs contain the nutrients and embryonic plant needed for growth: Plant daffodil bulbs about six inches deep.
Like other flower bulbs, they multiply underground and can be divided and replanted.
