Soft safety surface
A crashmat is a thick, padded mat designed to cushion falls, used in gymnastics, climbing gyms, and martial arts training.
Unlike thinner exercise mats, crashmats provide substantial impact absorption for drops from height: The bouldering wall had crashmats covering the floor below.
