cokeheads
Nose candy users
Cokeheads are habitual cocaine users.
The term is informal and mildly disparaging, suggesting someone whose drug use has become a defining characteristic: The club was full of cokeheads and party girls.
Like other -head compounds (pothead, crackhead), it implies regular use rather than occasional experimentation.
