coconut extract
Palm fruit essence
Coconut extract is a flavoring derived from coconut, used in baking and cooking to add coconut taste without the texture of shredded coconut.
It's made by steeping coconut in alcohol, similar to vanilla extract: Add a teaspoon of coconut extract to the cake batter.
The flavor is concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
